Alien Cannibal

High five! It's Saturday. You made it. Congratulations :) Also, my dad came home today! He's been gone for awhile and it's good to have him back.

So about 20 minutes ago, my sister Erika was like, "I want to paint something." So I said, "Paint yourself." And she replied with, "Can I paint you?"

For some reason, I agreed. Don't ask why because I don't even know... So here are some pictures of the process. It is awesome.

These first two are the first part of the process. I felt like the Hulk. The flash on the camera made it look neon and radioactive or something. I like it. But then Erika added some silver stuff that made me look like I was part of some weird tribe from Africa or South America or somthing. Take a look:

And then she added just a little bit of gold. I don't know if you can see it very well in this picture, but hey, it's there. Believe me.

I think that this makes me look like I belong to some alien cannibal tribe. Like the cannibals on Pirates 2. Know what I'm sayin'?

Anyways...sorry. that was a weird thing to blog about.

Today 100% of our cookie sales at work go to Primary Children's Hospital. That created a little friendly competion while working. I have to say, I probably sold close to 30 cookies. Be impressed. Because that is impressive. Chick-fil-A's cookies are absolutely scrumptious. I reccomend them to you.

Anyways, while I was walking out to my car after work I saw a little green VW bug that was named tinkerbug. That is just so cute. There were Tinker Bell stickers on it and the license plate was "tinkerbug". Rosie-if you are reading this, I thought of you. Just so you know. I thought it was awesome.

Also, I go to Disneyland in 10 days. Be jealous. If you want me to do something in your honor, let me know and I will get a picture of me having fun doing it and post in on here ;)

Charity

So work today was crazy. It was really hot. We deliver food to mall employees if they call and order food, and I went on 3 deliveries all in a row. Usually I walk slowly and take my time when I go on deliveries, but today we were busy so I had to go quickly. Thus causing my body to heat up and when I started helping customers again I was quite sweaty. It was gross. So I was being negative and grumpy. But then I witnessed the coolest thing.

The girl next to me was helping this homeless guy accompanied by what looked like an 18 yr old girl. She told him to order anything he wanted. So he ordered a couple sandwiches and a large fry and drink. Then she paid and told him "OK they'll give you your food when it's done!", and walked off. That was so cool! I got chills. I love when people rock and do stuff like that. That really lifted me up and helped me to be more positive the rest of my shift.

I am blessed with so much, and I should be doing more to serve others. I am so thankful for everything that I have. Have a great Tuesday everybody :)

Work work work work and more work

So in the past 2 days I have worked a total of 16 1/2 hours. It's killin me. I worked a double today, so I am laying down dying. Literally. So when I got home I was pleased to see my dog, Kujo, wagging her tail excited to see me. I went down to my room to change out of my uniform and she followed me down. I thought it was because she loved me so much, but then I remembered that I had one of her treats in there :( It wasn't out of love after all. Oh well. I still love her.

Here is a picture of her waiting outside my door. She would not leave until I gave her that precious little treat. Silly dog.

It's kind of hard to see her...Sorry. She is the little black thing on the rug in front of the bookshelf.


Anyways, I'm off to bed. Night!

My Monday

Hey all. It has been a pretty good Monday thus far.

We (me, my mom, and my sister erika) went to IKEA today. I think IKEA is the greatest place on Earth. Well, Utah. Disneyland is better. I think my favorite part of it is the price. It is crazy cheap. I bought 4 white frames for like 7 bucks. That is just unheard of. I had an idea for them in my room, so maybe I'll show ya'll pics of it when I am done with it.

Anyways, tonight my ward went hiking to Battle Creek falls for FHE. It was pretty fun. I stood in a waterfall for the first time in my life. I have to say, it was pretty fun. But cold. Be prepared if you decide to stand in a waterfall. To top FHE off, we had moose bars. Best dessert ever. Well kind of.

When I got home I danced a couple of dances on Just Dance with my motha. So I am a little tired, and wet. I still have not changed since soaking myself on my hike. Why? I don't know. I am lazy...

Bourne Legacy

So I have incredibly exciting news. Bourne Legacy comes out on August 3rd. I might be the biggest fan of the Bourne movies. So, I am exploding right now. The main character is Hawk Eye (you konw, the Avenger?) So, yeah. Coolness. Here is the freaking awesome trailer.

Watch it like 5 times to get yourself excited. I am SO FREAKING excited!!!!!!!!!!!! I am a nerd. I know...
